Ringhotel „Giffels Goldener Anker“ has been a family-run hotel for the last hundred years. It is located in the Ahr-Valley in the centre of the spa town
Bad Neuenahr –Ahrweiler, which is also known as the best German Red-Vine-Area.
The hotel is in a quiet area but also only a few minutes walking distance from the town centre. A famous casino is located opposite. The hotel has 80 rooms
/ 120 beds all equipped with bath or shower and WC, telephone, minibar, Colour-TV and hairdryer. Some rooms, especially our nice suites, also have balcony
and air-condition. For your personal belongings, all rooms are also equipped with safes free of charge.
You may choose having your meals in our speciality restaurant or in the new steakhouse. When the weather is fine we have barbecue evenings on Fridays.
On Saturday evening or Sunday afternoon you can dance in our restaurant with live-music.
To keep you occupied we also have two bowling alleys, an indoor-swimming pool as well as a whirlpool, sauna, solarium, a tecaldarium, which is a Roman
relaxation room, and a fitness-room. You may also relax in our Beauty Farm with any beauty treatment or with a wellness massage. In the evening, you may
find out about the good local red vine in our own wine cellar "Vinothek Britannia" or you can take a good-night-drink in our "Anker-Bar" which is open until 3:00 a.m.
